Our acrylic SpaBaths and Showers are very easy to clean. The fiberglass-reinforced acrylic material used in construction of the Steam Shower is designed to be stain resistant and low maintenance. There are many commercially available cleaners designed for use on acrylic bathroom fixtures. Simply follow the directions supplied with the cleaner of your choice and you will have years of trouble free service from your SpaBath or shower.
SpaBath can refer you to experienced tradepersons in the areas where SpaBath agents are active. Where possible, most of our bathroomware is designed for easy assembly and installation. We will be glad to offer any phone assistance that may be necessary. We are always on the lookout for new tradespeople to refer, so if you are a builder/plumber/shower installer using our products, feel free to send us some of your cards, and we will add you to our database.
No. However, if the unit is installed incorrectly, and subsequently causes damage to itself and possibly your home, that damage is not covered under our warranty. The instructions given are easy to follow, and we recommend you use specialist bathroom acrylic silicone for waterproofing, but if you are not sure, we recommend you hire a profesional.
Using our cutting edge freight calculator, you can at the touch of a button calculate the freight from our door to your door.
To use the calculator, click on the first arrow to select your nearest region from the left drop-down box.
From there, select your closest town or area from the second drop down box.
Now press the 'GO' button. Wait for the page to reload automatically. Beside 'Freight Cost' will be your quote for freight.
If your region or town is not listed, try choosing a region or town which is as close as possible. If you're not sure, e-mail inquiries@spabath.co.nz for an accurate quote. Please ensure you choose the correct town and region, to ensure your freight gets to the right place.
We use standard freight for our goods, on the assumption that someone will be on-site to collect the goods from the driver.
There are other options available to you if you wish, such as you can specify the nearest freight depot for pickup of the goods (If you are in a rural area or do not have a road address).
All damages and shortages should be reported to SpaBath as soon as possible, and no later than 72 hours from delivery.
Unfortunately, due to current frequent fluctuations in freight pricing, our freight calculator may no longer be accurate, and should be currently be regarded as a 'close estimate' only. Please use the freight calculator as a guide, and we will advise the final freight quote when you place your order, which will only be valid for 7 days. Once freight pricing settles down, we will once again be able to give accurate freight quotes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you require a different service, (i.e. furniture removals with two people to deliver at a time/date you specify), we are happy for you to choose your preferred carrier, and will ensure that your goods are ready for despatch once payment is received.
